President
Prior to joining NLA, Mr. Loggins served as Senior Vice President at Flag Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, where he oversaw all facets of the Structured Finance Department. Before Flag Bank, he held a comparable leadership role as President of the Specialty Lending Division at Century South Bank of Northeast Georgia. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry, during which he has facilitated over $500 million in commercial real estate loan purchases and originations.
